DACS Overview is ***** UNDER REVISION ******

Delaware Automated Correction System is currently *****UNDER REVISION*****.

The DACS system will automate much of the data used to support the daily management of inmate populations under the various supervision and custody levels of the Department.  The department plans to automate the Bureau of Prisons, Bureau of Community Correction, and Bureau of Management Services.

This automation will then provide management teams and operational staff with access, in a real time operation, to all the information maintained within the DACS system as well as interfaces with other Criminal Justices Agencies that supply critical information in support of DACS. (e.g.) Courts Calendar - JIC; Mugshots from the State Police Mugshot Server; etc.
