Aaron Goldstein currently serves as the State Solicitor at the Department of Justice (DOJ). Prior to his appointment as State Solicitor for Attorney General Jennings, Mr. Goldstein served both as State Solicitor and Chief Deputy Attorney General under former Attorney General Matt Denn. Prior to his most recent DOJ positions, Mr. Goldstein served as a Deputy Attorney General where he served in several leadership positions. During his career Mr. Goldstein served as an Assistant County Attorney with the New Castle County Department of Law, an Assistant City Solicitor with the City of Wilmington Law Department, and an Assistant Public Defender with the State of Delaware Office of Defender Services.
