DCRC - Delaware Correctional Reentery Commision

Gov. John Carney signed Executive Order 27 on December 4, 2018 establishing the Delaware Correctional Reentry Commission to examine policies and procedures around re-entry. It is our responsibility to look out for every Delawarean. We need to make sure offenders who serve out their sentences are able to re-enter society ready to positively contribute to their communities and with the support they need to succeed. The Executive Order will improve our existing reentry procedures, and reduce recidivism, thereby strengthening communities across our state.
