The Community Corrections Treatment Center (CCTC) is a 250-bed Level IV (4) facility near Smyrna. CCTC currently houses the Road to Recovery (R2R) substance abuse treatment program for male offenders only.

CCTC offers other treatment and programs to supplement the Road to Recovery (R2R), including: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Bible study, parenting classes, Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.
