Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA)

If an offender has been the victim of sexual abuse, they may report this abuse to any staff member, supervisor, administrator, volunteer, or contractual employee within the Department. Third party reports may be made to the facility administration where the offender is housed (see the Locations page of the website). Or, third party reports can be made to the Delaware Department of Correction, PREA Coordinator, at the address below.
