Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA)
If an incarcerated person has been the victim of sexual abuse or sexual harassment, they can report this to any DOC staff member, volunteer, or contractor. Friends and family members can make third-party reports on the behalf of an incarcerated person to facility administration at the facility where the individual is housed. Third-party reports can also be made to the DOC PREA Coordinator by email, mail, or phone using the information below:
