General Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and oversee the routine operations of Benefit Plans, Pension Program, Drug and Alcohol Programs, and the Employee Recognition Program
- Manage all labor and employee relations routine operations
- Represent the Agency in bargaining negotiations and arbitration processes
- Serves as a partner to the Departments' Diversity and Inclusion Coalition
- Provide employee and leadership guidance, training, and support in the areas of:
- Sexual Harassment
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Implicit Bias Awareness
- Employee Performance Plan/Review Requirements
