Human Resources is responsible for recruitment planning and selection, personnel transactions, benefits, position management, classification and compensation, labor relations, employee grievances, performance evaluation, employee drug testing, discipline and equal employment opportunity enforcement. On a daily basis, Human Resources staff supports management and employees by providing guidance and training.
